  "Initially, I spoke by phone with Eric in Sales and got some estimated prices and accepted two more bids to replace a residential garage door. I contacted Eric to let him know that I was signing his contract and making the down payment...he said that my door had to be ordered and it should arrive in about two weeks. Two weeks later, my door was in and he said that someone would contact me for a Wednesday/Thursday installation. Michael called yesterday afternoon and said someone would be at my residence between 9 and 10 AM the following day...he arrived promptly at 9 AM. The installer spent about two hours with the replacement and had me operate the opener to ensure that everything was as it should be...it was. I paid the balance and was very pleased...I should point out that this dealer was about $200 less expensive than a dealer a short distance away. A very professional experience."
